Printables: always free in your inbox

Our printables are sent directly to you by email after purchase. This means:

  • No waiting time: You can start printing and crafting immediately.
  • Always free shipping: No extra costs—you receive the files directly in your inbox.

Please note: Also check your spam folder if you don't see the email immediately.

Physical products: fixed shipping costs of €4.95

For our physical products, such as cardboard letters, hearts, or other craft materials, you only pay €4.95 shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium.

  • Fast shipping: We ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible.
  • Sturdy packaging: We carefully pack your products so they arrive in perfect condition.

Frequently asked questions about shipping:

  • When will I receive my printables? Immediately after payment via email.
  • How long does shipping of physical products take? We aim to ship your order within 1-3 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping service (DHL).
  • Can I track my order? For larger packages, you will receive a track & trace code.
